What Pathlete is

Pathlete Sports operates verified soccer Combines and the digital platform where the data measured at those Combines lives. A Pathlete Combine is an evaluation, not a camp. Athletes are measured, scored, and given a verified report by KoraStats, VALD and S2 Cognition. Nothing at a Pathlete event is instructional coaching, and no event is a tryout for any professional or collegiate team. By registering an Athlete or using the platform, you accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the Athlete you register.

Eligibility and age groups

• Year 1 Regional Combines run four age groups per host: Boys and Girls born 2011, and Boys and Girls born 2009.
• Age groups are set by birth year: one for Athletes born 2011, one for Athletes born 2009. Birth year is declared at reservation. Eligibility is verified at registration; full date of birth is not collected at reservation.
• Every Athlete registers at the Regional Combine for the region their state of residence belongs to, and only there. Residency is declared at reservation and verified at registration.
• Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for Athletes under 18.

Reservations, registration, and payment

• Until registration opens in December 2026, the site takes $0 reservations that hold an Athlete's place in line per age group, at no cost and with no obligation. Reservations convert first, in order, when registration opens.
• The Regional Combine registration price is shown on its Combine page and in the reservation flow. The window closes fourteen days before the first day of the Combine for which the Athlete is registered. Prices are per Athlete and include the full four-pillar evaluation, the official Pathlete kit, match film, the verified report, and the Athlete's Pathlete Profile.
• Capacity is limited per age group. A spot is confirmed only when payment completes; capacity is re-verified at payment so no age group is oversold. When an age group fills, the complimentary waitlist notifies Families in order as spots open.
• Advancement beyond a Regional Combine is earned on verified score, at no additional cost. It cannot be purchased, and no payment to Pathlete ever influences a score, a ranking, or an invitation.

Refunds, transfers, and changes

• Registrations are fully refundable up to thirty days before the Combine weekend, no questions asked.
• After that date, refunds are granted for documented injury or hardship. A registration stays with the Athlete's Regional Combine and cannot be moved to another region.
• If Pathlete cancels, moves, or materially changes an event, including a venue change that prevents attendance, every affected registration is refunded in full or carried over to the rescheduled event, at the Family's choice.
• Venues marked "to be announced" will be confirmed to registered Families first, well before event day.

Event day, safety, and conduct

Combine day runs on respect: for officials, partners, other Athletes, and Families. Athletes compete in youth sports; participation involves the ordinary physical risks of competitive soccer, which Families acknowledge at registration through the participation waiver. Certified athletic support is on site at every event. Pathlete may decline or remove any person whose conduct endangers others; where removal is not conduct-related, the registration is refunded.

Media and film

Combine film is part of the evaluation and belongs on the Athlete's profile under Family control. Publishing an identifiable minor's film, photo or result requires a separate signed guardian release covering the intended use. A release can be revoked through support@pathletesports.com. Reservation Terms and the optional marketing checkbox do not authorize media or results publication. Publication stays off until the required release is in place.

Platform accounts

Accounts are created by the parent or guardian after registration. You are responsible for keeping account credentials private. Coach accounts require verification and are subject to platform rules, including automatically enforced NCAA contact windows. Pathlete may suspend accounts used to harass, misrepresent, or attempt to manipulate scores or rankings.

Email you receive from us

Two different things travel by email, and they are governed separately.

Messages about something you asked for are sent whether or not you opt into marketing. That includes confirming a Waitlist reservation, your Combine details, account and security notices, and replies to a question you sent us. You cannot unsubscribe from these while you hold a reservation or an account, because they carry information you need.

Marketing email is everything else: Pathlete news, Combine announcements for other regions, and Athlete resources. We send it only if you tick the marketing box on a form. The box is never ticked for you, agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in, and leaving it unticked never blocks a form from being submitted. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to support@pathletesports.com, and withdrawing it does not affect the messages described above.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

No recruiting promises

Pathlete Sports does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or college placement. The platform provides verified performance data and visibility tools designed to support Athlete development and Coach discovery. Outcomes depend on individual Athlete performance, eligibility, and Coach evaluation criteria.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pathlete's liability for any claim connected to an event or the platform is limited to the amount paid for the registration at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
